Sally Small is a native of the Reno/Lake Tahoe area. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has also worked extensively in the interior design industry and mortgage lending. She has been a dedicated, full-time real estate broker/salesman for over 23 years.

Small earned two advanced designations in the real estate profession - Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves a Certified Residential Specialist which requires extensive experience, expertise and education. In addition, she attained her Certified Residential Default Specialist (CRDS) designation to be better able to serve her clients in our ever-changing market involving short sales. 

In the 1940's her family owned a lake front property in Kings Beach which included the 3rd hole of the Brockway golf course. At 5 years of age she protested her family's decision to sell the lake front property. Now many years later,  the family reminisces about how they should have listened and retained that valuable piece of Tahoe. Sally has made a life out of helping people in Reno and Lake Tahoe with their real estate decisions.

Sally's passions in life are simple - her family and Lake Tahoe. With her three children she shared the Lake and its beauty, the clear, glistening waters, warm sandy beaches, towering pines and majestic mountains. Because of her love for her family and the Lake it was right for her to purchase "Mia", a 1950 Chris Craft Riviera which she enjoyed with her family, including her grandsons, friends and of course, her clients.

Sally's education, knowledge of Reno and Lake Tahoe, real estate expertise and experience, and her integrity make her a tremendous asset to the team at Prudential Sierra Nevada Properties and its customers.
